7mi 56:00. 2x1.75mi tempo intervals. Dead tired. Tume to go to work. Hope I don't fall asleep.
8mi 1:09. More tired before than after. Funny, uh?
99/99 push-ups. Challenge wk3 d1. The program is getting hard!
13mi 1:57. Listening to The Bloodbaths. Training is going well.
6mi 50:53. 2x1.5mi @ 7:25/mi. Felt great. Came in under the clock for both intervals.
52/99 push-ups DNF :( Too tired. Will try again in a couple of days.
