20 miles in 4:09:57 - rough run this week - started to get hard around mile 13 or so....but I got it done!

@berly6412 Temps are better - lately - much nicer running - not as much sweating. Temps this morning probably around 68 deg F.

10 miles at marathon pace in 1:52:51. I almost didn't get out of bed - was very tired - but had a great run. Glad I made myself get up!
