@Ivan we're using haproxy... it can balance both raw TCP and HTTP requests (a requirement for us) initial simple test works.

Proper load balancing is pretty damn tricky... and yet somehow satisfying.

@sui66iy Yes, scrum-ish. Actually Excel and Trac is exactly what we use, plus a little bit of wiki. I want something more integrated.
