@thynctank Undo is handled by the wrapper around the engine. So Safari/Webkit explicitly handle the command, while AIR doesn't. Strange tho

Apple makes the software and hardware. They have all the right to decide how they're used or distributed.

@singpolyma They agree to it by opening the seal, putting in the disc and installing it. Same as those 'void if seal is broken' kinda things

@singpolyma They're not violating contracts. They'r violating agreements which one accepts when they buy Apple stuff like OS X upgrade discs

@ossguy It's quite simple - Apple makes the hardware/software and decides what goes where. Psystar is treading dangerously, not Apple

@thynctank You mean hackintoshs? They've always been illegal, but since it takes reasonable amt of skill to set it up, Apple doesn't bother
