Just saw that Austin Land & Cattle has a vegetarian entree: Giant Portabella Mushroom "Steak" with peppers and onions and veggies for $15.
Texadelphia now has a grilled veggie cheesesteak for $5.79. Not on menu, but there are signs on tables saying "limited time".

The contest is about to start, and it's getting quite blustery out here with thunder erupting. Couples go first, then the singles.
At the ILoveMikeLitt Veggie Dog Contest at Sholz... the band "Sober Daze" just went on, eating commenses in 30 minutes.
Dhaba Joy no longer has oats creme; it's now a frozen tofu soft-serve w/ coconut milk. Still OK, but texture is different.
Lulu B's Vietnamese Sandwiches: very veg friendly, lemongrass tofu sandwich was really tasty, fresh summer rolls needed thicker paper. 4/5
Had tasting menu at Wink a couple of weeks ago; they great local organic produce and the kitchen improvised lots of great vegetarian dishes.

Mighty Fine: off-menu potato burger: crinkle-cut shoestring fries w/ lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle makes a yummy lunch. Very fresh. 4/5
Seen at Costco: Amy's veg soup pack w/ 4 Lentil & 4 Minestrone for $11.99. Stuffed Grape Leaves, 20 for $10.99.
Aster's Ethiopian: great veggie stew & salad selection, all served on tart, spongy injera bread. It can be spicy, but it's all yummy. 4.5/5

Baby Greens: southwestern wrap w/ tofu was crunchy, bland, Ms.P had grilled veggie wrap, looked delicious. Black bean soup = spicy good. 4/5
TC Noodle House in Chinatown Center has a few vegetarian items including lo-mein with mock duck. AusChron gave a rave review, will try soon.
TacoDeli: north location is going gangbusters. Line out the door at 11:30am, still got the yummie veggie torta and salsa doña.
Looks like the Salsarita on Palmer Lane didn't do well: just looked at their door and saw a lockout notice from the property owner.
