When I wanted to go to a 4 day work week 4 years ago I had managers who were strongly opposed. I found better managers & they made it work. |

Most companies don't understand what people want, & I'm not always certain I get it, but I try to spend time understanding. |

It was a natural fit we just fell into. We're pretty tech oriented, ATL traffic is lousy, gas prices and staff costs are rising and so on |
People can work from anywhere. I like my desk, but some days I like being able to work while I'm about to jump on a killer roller coaster. |

@jdlugoz, a few people have asked me to blog and elaborate about some of the things we're doing and I'm considering, but time is my concern. |
@KeyconnectsPR, we measure work output within given time periods and look at that against quality of work and overall desk results. |
@NCMayhem, no I have not heard of any agencies doing this. We did share with some of our clients our results and they were intrigued. |

Today is day 1 of a new experiment at Talent Zoo. To help our staff, the company, and environment we now work from our homes on Wed & Fri. |
@tmart2001 great to hear. At my company we began telecommuting 1 day a week, and starting today we went to 2 days a week. |
Unfortunately, the financial markets are oxygen & we need them to survive. If money isn't AVAILABLE & MOVING, tho we're all in deep doo doo. |
