Back from an easy 3 mile run after 3 days rest. Felt great. Heading out for Black Friday since I've been couped up inside for two days!

Happily made up for yesterdays fast due to an unhappy stomach. Tomorrow I will run a few miles and then join the crowds for Black Friday.
