rode 8.5 miles in 30 minutes. Nice ride around Auburn. Supposed to be recovery. I ended up doing hills due to poor navigation skills. haha

is home from work. About 90 covers tonight but it felt like 150 for some reason. Now to wind down and try to sleep.

Rode the American River Delta today. Mostly via CA Hwy 160. Flat, fun, scenic. 150' climbing total. 45 miles in 2 hours and 25 minutes.

rode 8.5 miles in 25 minutes. Hills, sprints, hills....

rode 45 miles in 2 hours and 30 minutes. Nimubus dam to Sacramento Downtown and back via American River bike path.

rode 11 miles in 40 minutes. Nice ride around Auburn, CA.

I start my new job as the Executive Sous Chef at the country club on Wednesday. :)

I think tomorrow or the next day I am going to ride the bike path trip from the Nimbus hatchery to Sacramento and back. hmmmm.

rode 12.36 miles in 45 minutes Good ride. One long winding hill. I needed it today.
