just had to order some more fuel oil for hot water heater. $3.96 a gallon. ouch, got to switch to natural gas for hot water / heat.

@ethigent I use www.homeaway.com to run my listings, you might want to check there. we r a no-pets rental but we do have labor day week open

@PatZapp I don't know if we lost it yesterday. Renter didn't say that we did. He had quite a show with the storms moving across the bay.

spoke to a neighbor who said a comcast truck was outside of my house a little while ago, comcast has no record of that. no we have no cable.
